Saturday, November 10th, at West Gwinnett Pool, 7:20 p.m.

Mill Creek vs. Peachtree Ridge vs. Mountain View

The bus will leave MCHS promptly at 5:30 PM Saturday afternoon. All athletes should ride the bus unless you have prior approval with Coach Creed. If athletes would like to ride home from the meet with parents, they MUST speak with a coach after the meet to get approval. They must not ride home with a student driver.

Volunteer jobs for 11/3 Quad Meet: If you are listed below, please CONFIRM as soon as possible with Elizabeth Ward ([email protected] or 770-312-5756) that you will be there to work.We understand that work schedules and other activities are going on, but we do need everyone to help out as much as possible. Everyone will be expected to put in volunteer time for the team!

All volunteers need to check in with Elizabeth Ward or PJ Battle on deck when you arrive. If there are 2 parents for your family name, you get to pick which of you works.

Set-up/break-down: Pendley, Tashlein, Carter, and Fernandez

Console: Lane & Thompson

Hy Tek Computer: Pierce & Glenn

Meet manager: Lane

Concessions: Grant, Abrams, and Ezell

Timers: Andrews, Dunnington, Kalenik, Schroer, Gawyrs, and Montierth

Head Back-up timer: Smith (Anna)

All positions--Please plan to arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. if you are scheduled to work. The facility will open at 6:00 p.m. for workers; spectators may enter at 6:30 p.m. The meet will begin promptly at 7:20 p.m.

Please remind your swimmers that NO food or gum is allowed on deck.

This is a HOME meet for us, so please plan to support our concessions. We will have Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, pizza, chips, Clif bars, Cheezits, cookies, candy, Gatorade, water, and soda for sale. I personally have my eye on some awesome sturdy little fans we will be selling. It might be cold outside, but it’s HOT in that aquatic center! Get yours for $3! We will also have a few pieces of spiritwear if you missed out on ordering a shirt.
