Congratulations to all those swimmers that trained today, Dec. 26, at Bogan Park Pool from 3:00 to 5:00. The swimmers got in just over 5000 yards.

Our motto for this winter break is: "I Trained over the Winter Break and all I got was STRONGER, FASTER, and I earned the RESPECT of my TEAMMATES!!"
