Mill Creek vs Norcross Meet Summary - 12 Jan 2019

Congratulations to the swim team for their outstanding performance versus Norcross. Both teams swam and dove extremely well. The boys' team won 9 of the 12 events and won by a score of 171-111. The girls' team won 10 out of 12 events and won by a 203-95.

We have many swimmers attempting to earn special recognition by qualifying for state and county in each and every event. We award the Iron Hawk for qualifying for state in all 8 swimming events, Silver Hawk for qualifying for state in at least 2 swimming events and county in the remaining swimming events, Bronze Hawk for qualifying for state in less than 2 events and county in the remaining events, and Soaring Hawk for divers that qualify for state in both the 11-dive and 6-dive format.

Silver Hawk: Isabelle Andrews (7 state cuts), Jacob Battle (2 state cuts), Aidan Delliponti (2 state cuts), Jordan Hildebrand (5 state cuts), Lainey Lioi (3 state cuts), Owen Pendley (3 state cuts), Daniel Roshka (2 state cuts), Sydney Tashlein (7 state cuts), Tristen Thompson (7 state cuts), Jackson Ward (4 state cuts), Mia Walters (7 state cuts), and Bailey Williams (2 state cuts).

Bronze Hawk:  Claire Grant, Cam Niehoff, Will Pierce, and Aidan Van Derhei.

Soaring Hawk:  Hunter Misuraca

Travis Grailer (1 state cut), Logan Paugh (5 state cuts), Anna Smith, and Caroline Weinhart each have a combination of 7 state or county cuts.
