Swimmers, divers, and parents,

This weekend we will compete against Brookwood on Saturday, 14 Nov 2020 at the Mountain Park Aquatic Center.  Unfortunately, we have limited entries for this meet.  We are only allowed to enter 20 swimmers in the meet for each gender.  We have once again rotated some swimmers in and some out of the meet.  We understand this can be disappointing but our hands are tied.  NO spectators will be allowed in the building. Only the athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteer scorers are allowed in the building. 

The diving competition will be from 5:00 - 6:00 PM at the Mountain Park Aquatic Center.  Warm-ups start at 4:30 PM.  Divers should carpool to this event.  

The girls will swim first this week.  Warm-ups begin at 6:30 PM and the meet will begin at 7:00 PM.  The bus will leave Mill Creek at 5:15 PM.  The bus should return around 9:30 PM.  

The boys bus will leave Mill Creek at 7:15 PM.  Warm-ups begin at 8:50 PM and the meet will begin at 9:20 PM.  The bus should return around 11:30 PM.

This Friday's practice at Bogan Park has been moved up one hour.  Dryland will be from 3:15 to 4:00 and swimming will be from 4:00 - 5:00.
