Swimmers, Divers, and Parents,

This Friday, 11 Dec 2020, we will compete against Peachtree Ridge at 7:00 PM at the West Gwinnett Aquatic Center.  The divers will compete from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at West Gwinnett.  The boys will swim first at 7:00 PM.  The girls will swim after the boys starting at approximately 8:45 PM.  The boys bus will leave Mill Creek at 5:30 PM.  The girls bus will leave Mill Creek at 7:00 PM.  The Gwinnett Parks and Recreation Department is now allowing for more athletes to be inside the building, so we plan on taking our entire team.  We will need some cooperation from some of the swimmers to manage transportation.  The plan is to take 2 buses at 5:30 PM to transport all of the boys.  We will need 4-6 girls to join us at 5:30 so we have enough space on the 7:00 PM bus.  The 4-6 girls that volunteer to go early will watch the boys meet from the stands.  We will have one of the boys buses returning to Mill Creek at the conclusion of the boys meet.  We will need 8 boys to agree to stay and watch the girls meet and then ride home on one of the two buses that will be returning to Mill Creek at the conclusion of the girls meet.  The boys that stay for the girls meet will watch from the stands.  Parents are welcome to pick up their athlete at the conclusion of the meet.  Unfortunately, NO spectators are allowed in the building.  Please let us know if your athlete is willing to volunteer to either ride the early bus (girls) or return home on the late bus (boys).
