In addition, only 1 relay per school can advance to finals.  We have held out some of our top girl swimmers from some relays so we have the flexibility to insert them onto relays at finals.  There may be some swimmers that compete on relays in prelims and get replaced in the finals.  We want to field the strongest relays that we can put together.  In prelims we try to involve as many athletes as possible in the relays.  I will explain this further at the team County dinner.
