The psych sheet for next week's GHSA Swimming and Diving State Championship Meet is attached.  The schedule of events is also included.  The bus will leave Mill Creek on Friday and Saturday at 2:00 PM.  Our sessions will involve both 7A and 6A schools, but we will only be competing with the 7A schools for places and points.  For example, an athlete could finish 17th in finals, but place 12th in the event if there are 5 6A competitors ahead of them.  The top 30 will return on Saturday for finals.  We were only allowed to enter 1 relay per event.  The relays may change depending on performance.  Here is a partial list of some of the notable 6A schools:  Lassiter, Johns Creek, Centennial, Dalton, Chattahoochee, Sequoyah, Wheeler, Cambridge, River Ridge, Dunwoody. Lakeside Dekalb, Richmond Hill, Buford, Lakeside Evans,  and Creekview.

Thursday, February 3, 2022 
Diving:
1:30-2:15 p.m. 6-7A Girls Warm-Up
2:15-3:45 p.m. 6-7A Girls Diving 

Boys will dive first in the odd numbered years, girls will dive first in the even numbered years. 

Friday, February 4, 2022
Swimming Prelims:
4:30 pm – 6:00 pm – 6-7A Swimming Warmup
6:00 pm – 8:45 pm – 6-7A Swimming Prelims 

Prelims will be conducted in two 10 lane courses. The boys events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the girls will swim in the east pool by the diving well). 

Finals will be swum in one 10 lane course, the east pool. 

Saturday, February 5, 2022
Swimming Finals:
4:30 pm – 5:55 pm 6-7 A Swimming Finals Warm-up
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm 6-7 A Swimming Finals
