Congratulations to the Mill Creek swim team for their outstanding meet this weekend versus Brookwood, Parkview and North Gwinnett and in the Gwinnett Kickoff Diving Meet.  Both the boys and girls swam and dove extremely well against 3 of the top teams in the state!

First place finishes were achieved by Iris Ochoa (50 free, 100 free), Leah McCarthy (diving).

State qualifying times were achieved by Weston Skidmore (200 IM, 100 back), Iris Ochoa (50 free, 100 free), Allison Shin (100 back) and Leah McCarthy (diving).  There were other swimmers extremely close to qualifying for state and many County qualifying times.  

Congratulation to all of the teams for the outstanding spirit and sportsmanship!

The next meet will be Friday, Nov. 3 versus Parkview at the West Gwinnett Aquatic Center. The bus will leave Mill Creek at 5:30 PM. The divers will compete in this meet.

Thanks to all the parents that assisted with the meet! We will be the home team for our next meet and will need several volunteers.
