Congratulations to the Mill Creek swim team for their outstanding meet this weekend versus Parkview and Shiloh. Both the boys and girls swam and dove extremely well against one of the top teams in the state!

First place finishes were achieved by Alison Shin (200 free, 100 back), Iris Ochoa (500 free), Leah McCarthy (diving), Morris Peele (100 fly), Weston Skidmore (500 free).

State qualifying times were achieved by Weston Skidmore (200 IM, 500 free, 100 free), Iris Ochoa (500 free), Marlee Carmichael (100 free), Allison Shin (100 back) and Leah McCarthy (diving). There were other swimmers extremely close to qualifying for state and many County qualifying times.

Congratulation to all of the teams for the outstanding spirit and sportsmanship!

The next meet will be Friday, Nov. 10 versus Brookwood at the West Gwinnett Aquatic Center. The bus will leave Mill Creek at 5:30 PM. The divers will compete in this meet.
