Over the Thanksgiving break we will run practice Monday and Tuesday from 3:00-4:30 with no dryland.  

Also, we will have a special guest attending one of the two practices over the Thanksgiving break.  Midshipman first class Logan Paugh, a former Mill Creek swimmer, will be at practice to talk about life at the Naval Academy and to answer any questions swimmers and divers may have about the Service Academies.  It is an honor to have him speak to our athletes.

Coach Gunn will be sending out a link to a google doc for swimming entries for the Clody Invitational swim meet.  You will be able to pick the two individual swimming events that you would like to compete in during that meet on 2 Dec 2023.  If you are unavailable due to the SAT or club meet, please let us know on the google doc that you will not be able to compete that weekend.
