Congratulations to the Mill Creek swim team for their outstanding meet this weekend versus Norcross. Both the boys and girls swam and dove extremely well!

First place finishes were achieved by Keegan Privett (200 free), Weston Skidmore (200 IM), Grace Smith (50 free, 100 free), Alex Schoepfer (diving), Leah McCarthy (diving), Ryan Ross (100 fly, 100 back), Iris Ochoa (100 fly, 100 back), Wynn Skidmore (100 free), Owen Van Houten (500 free), and Kate Thigpen (500 free).

State qualifying times were achieved by Weston Skidmore (200 IM), Owen Van Houten (200 IM, 500 free), Leah McCarthy (diving), Ryan Ross (100 fly, 100 back), Iris Ochoa (100 fly, 100 back), and Wynn Skidmore (100 free). There were other swimmers extremely close to qualifying for state and many County qualifying times.

Congratulations to our outstanding group of seniors: Adam Conner, Macy Deignan, Adelaine Dunnington, Emily Johnson, Amelia Newlin, Iris Ochoa, Skylar Paugh, Keegan Privett, Ryan Ross, Anne Marie Smith, Kamryn Smith, and Weston Skidmore.

Congratulation to both teams for the outstanding spirit and sportsmanship!

The next meet will be the Gwinnett County Championship Meet, swimming - 18 & 20 Jan 2024, at the West Gwinnett Aquatic Center and diving – 19 Jan 2024 at the Mountain Park Aquatic Center.
