Attention swimmers and divers

I have attached a letter jacket order form for those of you that have met the criteria for earning a letter.  The lettering policy is posted on the team website (millcreek.swimtopia.com) under the Team Handbook About - Team Handbook.

A representative will visit Mill Creek to receive orders.  The flyer contains this information.  The company provides the MC letter that is sewn onto the jacket.  The coaches and the board are not involved in the ordering process.
