Hello Hawk Parents!

On December 14th, we have been asked to run both the concessions and hospitality for the Coach George Ranney Gwinnett 11-dive Invitational. This is a diving contest hosted by Gwinnett but open to all divers in the state.

It's going to be held at Mountain Park Aquatic Center from 1:00 - 5:00. Mill Creek is to provide food for the attendees as well as the coaches and officials. (Funding for this event is covered by the County so no additional expenses hit our budget)

This event falls after our HOME meet that morning at the same pool.

We are asking for two things from our parents:

2. Respond to this email to take the lead to order the food and supplies for this special event. We have all the details and items to be ordered - we just need some HELP! It's an easy task - ordering some sandwiches and getting some waters and snacks. AND you'll have other volunteers and members of the board to help!

If you have a passion to host events, help the swim and dive community or want to get your hours in this season, this is a great way to get involved!
