Dear Swim Team Parents, Swimmers, and Divers,

I hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you that the make-up date for the canceled swim meet will be this Wednesday, Jan. 15, evening at the West Gwinnett Aquatic Center. Our team will be competing alongside four other schools, with North Gwinnett serving as the home team. Please note that North Gwinnett will be recognizing their seniors during this meet; however, we will hold our senior recognition next Saturday.  The divers will warmup at 5:00 PM and compete at 5:30 PM. The swimmers will warm-up at 6:30 PM and compete at 7:00 PM.  

At this time, we do not have confirmation regarding bus transportation for the event. We will try to get bus transportation to and from the meet. Since the meet falls on a school night, swimmers and divers will be permitted to leave after their last event.

In addition, we will offer swim practice on Wednesday for any athletes who choose to opt out of the make-up meet, assuming there are enough swimmers to merit a practice. 

To help us plan accordingly, please let me know if your swimmer intends to participate in the meet and which events they would like to swim.
