Practice begins this week.  We will not have dryland this week.  We will swim from 3:00 to 4:30.  

We will not have practice over the Fall Break.  

This week we will practice Mon - Wed and next week Tues - Fri.

Please make sure you have all of your files uploaded on Rank One.  

Divers will have practice Mon and Wed this week and only Wed next week.
