Congratulations to the Mill Creek swim team for their outstanding meet this weekend versus Brookwood. Both the boys and girls swam and dove extremely well against one of the top teams in the state!

Congratulations to Austin Klemmer for setting a new school record in the 100 breaststroke!!! His time of 57.07 broke a 15 year old record!

First place finishes were achieved by Austin Klemmer (200 IM), Joy Orgbon (diving), and Justin Kurgan (100 free).

State qualifying times were achieved by Kayla Crane (200 free), Austin Klemmer (200 IM, 100 breast), Allison Shin (200 IM, 500 free), Camille Roberts (50 free), Joy Orgbon (diving), Justin Kurgan (100 free), Melanie Jones (100 free), and Owen Van Houten (50 free). There were other swimmers extremely close to qualifying for state and many County qualifying times.

Congratulation to both teams for the outstanding spirit and sportsmanship! The next meet will be Saturday, Nov. 15 at 8:00 AM versus Seckinger and Shiloh at the Collins Hill Aquatic Center. There will not be a bus.  Swimmers should arrive at the Collins Hill Pool no later than 7:10 AM.
