Due to a scheduling conflict at Bogan Park Aquatic Center, Monday, Dec. 23’s practice will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We will not run dry land over the holidays. 

Week 1:

Monday, Dec. 23:  9:00 am - 11:00 am

Thursday, Dec. 26:  9:00 -11:00 am
